Thank you for shopping with Kwality Hair. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom wig orders and specialty products may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days): $9.95
Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): $24.95
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $300
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide!
International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Standard International (7–15 Business Days)
Express International (3–7 Business Days)
Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping fees and may be charged by your country upon delivery. Kwality Hair is not responsible for these fees.
Order Accuracy & Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Kwality Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to make a change to your address, contact us immediately at support@kwalityhair.com. We cannot make changes once your order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kwality Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location and adding Route Package Protection at checkout for added security.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Any product marked as pre-order or backorder will ship once the item becomes available. You’ll receive updates regarding estimated ship dates.
